Teri joined our staff at the Maine Educational Opportunity Center in December of 2004. She graduated from the University of Maine, Farmington, in 1988 with a BA in Psychology. Teri has been a Maine Licensed Social Worker since 1992 and also holds a Family Development Instructor certificate from Cornell. She has spent over 14 years working with the Aroostook County Action Program and also works part time as an Adoption Caseworker for MAPS Adoption Agency.

Teri has lived in Mississippi and Colorado, as well as Cundy’s Harbor and Monticello, Maine. A big priority for Teri is spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Teri Morse advises MEOC clients in the following areas:
Caribou, Houlton, Presque Isle, Fort Kent & Madawaska.

 
 

The Maine Educational Opportunity Center is funded entirely by the US Department of Education. The grant award for 2007-2008 is $680,609.
