Marty joined our staff because she, “sees MEOC as an enabler for people who never thought it possible. We provide hope, ideas, encouragement, support and direction.” She graduated from Goshen College in Indiana with a B.A. in Physical Education. Marty has been a field hockey and basketball coach as well as Director of Enforcement for the Fair Housing Council in Central New York.

Marty has lived in Pennsylvania, Indiana, New York and Maine and enjoys walking, reading and playing tennis.

Marty Kelley advises MEOC clients in Bangor & Skowhegan.

 

 

 

 

The Maine Educational Opportunity Center is funded entirely by the US Department of Education. The grant award for 2007-2008 is $680,609.
